Man, what they say is true. Anything really is possible.
Has Twins pitching got Matt Olson out this year?
KEPLER!!
Max power!
I think the Twins have this well in hand. Off to watch some playoff hockey.
Sano didn't bite on the outside slider and draws a walk. Baby steps.
Even if the call on Polanco had been upheld, I was still glad they sent him. I'd like to see the Twins run the bases a little more aggressively. You don't want to run into outs, of course, but you can cost yourself runs by being overly cautious, too. Sometimes you have to force the other team to make a play.
This would be a good time for the bullpen to start getting the job done.
Well, the inherited runners all scored, but it's hard to blame it on the pitcher.
You dont see that everyday 😐
Flopping like a soccer player but it still counts as interference
It should not be "interference" on the defense when the runner goes out of his way to make contact and then flops.
I'm not making excuses, but the Twins have not had much luck in this game.
SIMMONS!!!!!
BOMBA!! YES
If you crush a no doubter, by all means, enjoy the view. Buuut it looked to me like Simmons only had about 4 feet to spare on that one.
La Tortuga has more major league innings than the Twins’ new center fielder.
The Twins defense betrays them again. You make it really hard on yourself when you constantly give the other team extra outs.
Geez, Donaldson.
FFS, Twins.
Move the go-ahead run to third on an error and score him on a wild pitch or passed ball. Sadly, this is now TWINS BASEBALL!!
This might be the most talented ugly-bad Twins roster I’ve followed as an adult fan. Someone should write a book about this club someday.
That's a(nother) bad loss
This strangely doesn't bother me. It was either find a dumb way to lose in the ninth or the zombie runner scores in the tenth, possibly with more, while the Twins do nothing.
I am so thankful for Effectively Wild giving us the zombie runner term.
Oh, hey, something different today, I see.
