Jair Camargo was 2-for-5 with a double.
Andrew Bechtold was 2-for-5 with two RBIs.
Chris Williams was 2-for-5.
Gallo hit a two-run homer, his second.

Kody Funderburk, normally a reliever, started and struck out two in two shutout innings, giving up one hit.
Austin Schulfer pitched a scoreless inning, giving up one hit and striking out one.

Wichita scored three in the sixth to take a 7-1 lead, then held on.

Alerick Soularie was 3-for-5 with two home runs (his second and third), three runs, and five RBIs.

Blayne Enlow pitched five innings, giving up one run on seven hits and striking out four.

KERNELS 16, DRAGONS 7 IN DAYTON (8 INNINGS--RAIN)
