Trying to clean out stuff out from the fridge for dinner, I made a basic quiche (bacon, red pepper, onion, spinach, mushrooms, etc.). However, I still had one more crust (not to the point where I'm making it myself) and more eggs I had to use up. Since we had tacos the night before, I still had taco beef and veggies. I decided to try whipping up a taco quiche and, again pulling stuff from the back of the fridge, I used sour cream instead of heavy cream/half & half with the eggs this time. Typing this well after dinner, I'm still trying to stop myself from going back and cutting off yet another tiny slice.

I pay attention to sports at a more than water cooler level (sans American football - where I live the answer is always just who dat). One of my team members at work mansplained soccer to me yesterday. The whole nine yards of mansplation including Messi's impact on MLS and Apple TV's role in bringing the world to MLS and how Messi makes a team better just by his godly presence and ... and ... and .... and ...
I totally felt barbie's pain as ken played guitar at her.
We've been watching season two of The Bear and last night we got to the Christmas episode. It was hard to watch at times, but damn near impossible to look away.

I needed to take a break from tv after that episode.
Luis Arraez is slumping. His BA has dropped 12 points in August, down to .369 going into tonight.
