I know we are partly to blame, but Twins have faced three pitching staffs all in Top 3 of their leagues.
Yikes, 10 road games in 10 days coming up
Of course, there's a cause-and-effect question there. Are the Twins not hitting because they've faced teams with top pitching, or do those teams look like they have top pitching because they've faced Twins batters?
I'm pretty sure the answer is yes.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the bottom half of the order is pretty grim.
OTOH Twins pitching has held their own, have only been blown out once.
Game called on account of rain. Will be made up on August 9th in a split doubleheader.
Maybe by then the Twins will be hitting!
No Lebron tonight (flu-like symptoms). Now A.D. appears to be out (eye).
Two games in three days and the legs are holding up okay, just some minor soreness. All those dog walks last month are paying off.
i didn’t watch the game yesterday but i saw some of the ump’s “highlights” and yeesh.
Wallner got especially hosed
Wow.
It was bad, the zone was huge and amorphous.

79 pts at the half. All Star-game level.
