I’ve watched the NFL Draft maybe five times ever (college, mostly) but last night was one of them. It was bizarre to see the Vikings have everything go so well and hilarious and confounding to try to make sense of the Falcons. Have fun over there, Kirk.
I know fans like to say they know more than a team's front office. With the Falcons, I think it is actually true.
Last evening in Williamsburg VA, then back to the midwest again. Quaint place
Hunkered down in the basement for the past couple of hours, confirmed tornadoes in Omaha. We're good where we are, but lots of damage north of us.
Some pretty impressive photos from the area. Glad I didn't happen to be flying out of Eppley about then.
The Pacers game was a bit tighter than I prefer there at the end.
But all's well that ends well
Not gonna lie, I like the Pacer's chances with Giannis hurt.
As I was joking on bsky, Caitlin Clark has sucked be back into Indiana-based basketball so I'm giving paying attention to the Pacers a go as well.
I like Giannis, but I also very much like him being out right now
I had great reasons to not stay up for that game, but here we are. Worth it.
I watched the first quarter, but it was just too late for me. However, I went to bed with the score 34-32, but I knew that it was well in hand.
I now have a reason to root for University of Minnesota women's basketball.
If the White Sox finish the season at 20-142 they'll have a better winning percentage than they do right now after 25 games.
Makes me think I might take Wednesday afternoon off and hop on the train.
What about at 21-141?
Are the 43-119 2003 Detroit Tigers in danger of not being the worst team I ever saw?!
They have a chance.
Ed Julien: 7 HR, 9 RBI
to me, thats impressive
