  1. I got my second shingles vaccination yesterday after waiting for an hour because their computer system skipped over me after I checked in. I did fine with the first shot, no issues except a sore arm. Today my arm hurts like hell, way more than the first time, I've had a light fever and chills and I just feel kind of weak and tired, even though I slept until 10:30 (sleeping in during a morning thunderstorm with the window open is awesome). Up next is the COVID/flu vaccine, and if the Dr. says so then the RSV vaccine as well.

    1. Good on you. Update on my ordeal: Still have daily pain in the left shoulder blade area and the back of my left arm. My wife is trying some electric stimulation therapy on those areas this week and I am skeptical if it will work. (on the second treatment the TENS unit had a short and kind of electrocuted my arm). I had been feeling a bit better late in August and then a few weeks ago I had 3 of my worst days back to back to back. I am pretty much resigned that this is just the new normal for me. Most days it is pretty much just an annoyance. The occasional flare ups suck, but at this point I just grin and bear it. Honestly, I have a much better attitude about it as it has been with me for so long, I am just used to it. Twayn and I have a mutual friend who is going through much, much, much worse and he has a great attitude. I think if the Twins started playing better, that might help.
