I saw them in the garage and thought, yeah, it's about time to pick the ice scrapers back in the car.

I threw something on yesterday's CoC, but the Jack White show at First Avenue was absolutely incredible. One of the greatest live shows I've ever seen and talking to a bunch of other people who were there, that sentiment is generally universal.
The Strib review is pretty spot on. Below is a gift link if interested.
I had to send an employee home and ask them not to come back in this week. He’s a long term employee who broke up with his partner of 12 years this spring. He moved out of their shared house and seemed like he was getting on with life until he took two weeks off and isolated himself in a depression hole. I got him back into the office only to have him break down into tears daily. I had to tell him that I’m worried he’s drinking too much and that he’s harming himself and that he needs professional help. I’ve know him socially for more than a dozen years and he’s been consistently my best employee. The last three weeks have been absolutely brutal watching my friend spiral the drain. HR is involved and the next steps look like paid leave to find him help, but he can’t return until said professional help clears him to return to work. We had a friend commit suicide by overdose 2 months ago and now I’m worried that this dude will harm himself….. hug your loved ones.

Oof. That's tough, dude. I hope he gets help.
Any way you can get him into some kind of group discussion/therapy (maybe better with complete strangers)?
I am shocked, shocked I tell you, that the Vikes have turned into pumpkins.
