Pete did three hours of wrestling after school immediately followed by three hours at the dojo. Man, I miss that kind of stamina.

Meanwhile, the jalapeno did 15 minutes of lifting weights at the gym, followed by 6 hours of video games. I am confused about how the kid who ran me ragged on a daily basis turned into this.
Before Christmas we moved the treadmill from a spot upstairs where it was very inconvenient to use down to my office. Since the year started I've been using it almost every day. I started easy and I've worked up to a 3 mph pace. I do a 5 minute gradual speedup, 30 minutes at full speed, then a 5 minute cool down. From here I'll start adding a step of incline every week or two and bump up the speed gradually until I hit my max walking pace without breaking into a trot. That's somewhere around 3.5 mph, if I recall. I have an upright rowing machine that's going to get into the mix as soon as I pull it out of storage. My weight is holding steady right around 180-185 and I seem to have lost most of my belly fat over the last year since surgery. At my heaviest, I got up to around 225 a couple of years ago and this is much better. Our foster dog learned how to use a treadmill when she was in reactivity boot camp so I've had her up on it a few times now and she actually seems to enjoy it. Go figure.
RIP Bob Uecker
Finally got his front row seat.
Damn, Mays and Uecker
in a single yearless than a year apart. They both were in their 90s though.Today also claimed David Lynch.
I never thought I would be thankful to Bally for anything, but I don’t see Smalley on that roster.
He announced his broadcasting retirement yesterday
That's not a bad roster; how's Laudner's GOML-iness? What's DSPAN like in the booth?
Laudner is awful.
I dont watch pre/post games shows so I'll avoid Laudner thank goodness. Plouffe has too much "bro-ness" (I think is the term?) for my likes. Justin and Perk together in the booth is really good.
With Smalley out, most any combination in the booth is fine with me. Now that Provus is doing TV, I don't really listen to the radio feed anymore. For whatever reason, Atteberry and Gladden have never jibed with me. Or with each other it's always seemed.
Totally get what you mean about Plouffe, but I also think he would benefit from Doug more games and getting more comfortable. Justin was also a disaster at first.
