So, I've been keeping one foot in both the Bsky world and the Tweeter one. For the former, I followed a lot more serious accounts while the latter is much more irreverent ones. Anyway, one of them has been a lot more depressing than the other.

I had to update to Windows 11 this morning and . . . what is with the random changes just for the sake of change? There is a massive amount of empty space on the left side of the taskbar and my application icons are much farther over to the right. I'm going to see if I can fix it by customizing, but it's seriously annoying!
It's all been downhill since the 90s. At least they moved everything around slower back then.
Interface designers have to justify their continued existence with every release.
This reminds me of a complaint from the classroom driving instructor when I was in h.s. He opined that the textbook writers changed recommendations on hand positions (10 and 2, 9 and 3) just to justify selling new textbooks.
None of the ACA health plans we've been looking at are High Deductible, so so much for maxing out our HSA! Time to dig up the Excess Contribution PDFs :/
