A coworker has returned from Mexico after an ATV accident. He lost most of a finger and was denied help by his American coverage so he had to drive back, with the finger hanging by a thread, to Mexico to get it fixed. Poor dope.

I'm being asked to come in early to work for a coworker who's emotionally breaking down completely. Not sure what to say to him.
