The apartment above us is corporately owned and only occupied about three months out of the year. The guy is here now, and he may as well be tap dancing in combat boots. These walls are so thin I expect his leg to come crashing through my ceiling one of these days.

My favorite people at work are almost all on vacation and I've got a schedule this week that isn't seeing-my-kids friendly. I need to get this iPad app made and successful so I can feel like I didn't miss their childhood.

It's pretty mind-blowing, and in this season, not ridiculously crowded. Hint hint, guys.

I'm going to the Grand Canyon today. In fact, I may be there when you read this, because we're getting up stupidly early (late?) to drive four hours and see the sunrise there.

Today's my first day off since January 28th.

If you've forgotten what today is, let this be your reminder to rush out for flowers.

I didn't see anyone set the timer on the coffee pot, so I made a fresh one. Its been relatively hot down here in Florida, and I don't like it because its February and I have 31 of those telling me its supposed to be cold. Its no revelation that I enjoy cold weather, but I definitely miss it right now. Shorts in February. Bah, I say!

I hear there were awards given to people last night. I hope they were happy and all that, but I was nowhere near it.

This last bizarre interview process is leading to some pretty significant changes in how our store does things. If their money's where their mouths are, it'll be very good for me, but as always, I'm pretty reserved as far as hope goes.
