I decorated the tree with the girls yesterday. Sick as I was, it was still fun to watch them.

Sour Cream keeps bringing home sickness from preschool, and I keep getting it.

Skim loved the symphony. This kid loves music more than any kid I've ever been around.

This morning I get to chaperone for Skim's class trip to the symphony. I drive five first-graders there, and we sit together. I know how that sounds, but I honestly love doing things like this.

My job was like riding a bike...I'm still exceptional at what I do, but I feel dirty accepting high fives from corporate tools who love that I'm so good at it.

I'm so immersed in work right now I have nothing worth saying here.

This place has been a ghost town this weekend, so I assume you all traveled for the holiday.

I may be heading back up to Washington for half of 2012 to shoot 13 episodes of a show I helped develop, but thought was dead. Just got word yesterday. Huh.

This was going to be an outing to the zoo for the four of us, but the Milkmaid's sick and my feet are killing me after running around for a busy 12-hour shift. Still, I expect Skim to talk us into going.

The records have been broken (or, at least they have according to my experiences): there were people lined up for today's midnight opening when I got to my Wednesday opening shift. Friggin' loony, these people.
