My local bullseye branded store seems to have upgraded their carts. They have the standard push bar or what have you, but they also had these like side handles. It's hard to describe and I haven't seen them it before, but it does kind of feel like you're operating a gun turret on a rogue spaceship or something. I saw a few other dads operating from the side handles too.

We got a fancy new single serve coffee machine at work (and don't worry, we also get the fancy recycling box for all the packages). It makes good coffee but it takes foreeeeeever to brew.

The Vikes are in the playoffs. This season has been playing with house money, but ignoring that, I'll always view this team as getting ready to let you down. Therefore, let's have some fun while it lasts!

I feel like taking in a painting or two today.

Company party again. Always a good reason to take the oh man traffic again how does it always take this long to get here trip to the city.

I went to an orientation for the boy's beginning of high school next year(!), and apparently drivers ed is mandatory there? Either in school or private lessons. I don't think I've ever heard of that before.

What's with all these extra strength deodorant brands that keep popping up lately? Is it that bad out there in the streets?

I think I've mentioned before that work is right near a convention center. My favorite times are when the anime and such conventions are town because the street is filled with kids in costumes walking in from their hotels. And my absolute favorite time is when the furries are in town like last week. Love explaining that one to coworkers.
