That might have been my last big grillin' night of the season yesterday.

The wife's benefactor of tasty homemade Indian food invited us to a Maha Navami (the 9th day of Navarathri) celebration at her house. There were about 14-15 families there and the food was awesome. It was an interesting experience as we were conspicuously the only non-south Asian family there, but everyone welcomed us and showed us a great time.

Well, technically it won't be landing there, but the Europa Clipper is on its way to the icy Jupiter moon. It won't get there until 2030, but looking forward to all of its new insights.

That Ionescu 3 was crazy.

We get a lot of visitors at the office from out of town. Inevitably, we always take them out for deep dish pizza for lunch. I wish Chicago was known for like salads or something.

Whenever I see one of these Rivian trucks, especially if it's white, the only thing I can think of is Baymax.

I saw three ships sailin', they were all heading my way

One of the campaigns somehow got a hold of my email address in the past few days and my inbox is getting absolutely stuffed with their emails. I hope the weather's nice in the spam folder.

I stopped by a gas station later in the evening. After the young lady rang me up, I saw her start speaking to someone. As I walked out, I saw it was to another employee that was squatting behind the counter. I glanced over and it was this hipster looking guy that was eating Spam straight from the can with a fork. Not sure if I'd seen that before.

Well, I guess I just hope the new owner isn't worse.
