Lincoln of the American Association signs Curt Smith.

Newark of the Can-Am League places Joe Testa on the disabled list, then activates him six days later.

Philadelphia places Ben Revere on the disabled list with a fractured right foot.

Texas organization sends Joe Benson to the AZL Rangers on a rehab assignment.

Toronto organization (AAA Buffalo) places Bobby Korecky on the seven-day disabled list.

York of the Atlantic League signed Anthony Slama.
