CLIPPERS 6, SAINTS 3 IN COLUMBUS

Jose Tena hit a two-run double to cap a three-run sixth that put Columbus in the lead to stay.

Jair Camargo was 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, his sixteenth.

Randy Dobnak pitched five innings, giving up three runs on three hits and four walks and striking out seven.

DRILLERS 10, WIND SURGE 0 IN WICHITA

Tulsa scored one in the first, third, fourth, and fifth, two in the sixth, and four in the seventh.

Yoyner Fajardo was 2-for-4 with a double.

Carlos Luna pitched 4.1 innings, giving up four runs (three earned) on six hits and striking out three.
Hunter McMahon struck out two in 1.2 scoreless innings, giving up a hit and a walk and striking out one.
Denny Bentley struck out the side in a perfect inning.

KERNELS 7, LUGNUTS 5 IN CEDAR RAPIDS

Cedar Rapids led 5-1 after four, but Lansing tied it 5-5 before Cedar Rapids got two more in the eighth.

The Rays scored four in the first and led all the way.

Brayan Medina before being replaced due to injury.  He retired no one, although one man reached on an error.  He gave up three runs (two earned) on two hits.

DSL CARDINALS 6, DSL TWINS 3 AT TWINS (7 INNINGS)

Trailing 3-0, the Cardinals scored four in the sixth and two in the seventh.  All six runs were unearned due to three errors and four passed balls.

Ewing Matos hit a home run.

Yency De Jesus struck out five in five shutout innings, giving up no hits and two walks.

The Twins had only one hit.

CEDAR RAPIDS AT WISCONSIN

The game was suspended after eight and a half innings with the scored tied 3-3.  It will be completed today.

MIGHTY MUSSELS 6, CARDINALS 5 IN FORT MYERS

Trailing 5-2, Fort Myers tied it with three in the eighth.  Gregory Duran brought home the deciding run in the ninth.

Alec Sayre was 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs.

Juan Mercedes pitched three innings, giving up three runs (two earned) on two hits and four walks and striking out two.
Juan Mendez struck out two in two shutout innings, giving up a hit and a walk.

FCL TWINS AT FCL RED SOX

The game was suspended in the top of the fifth with the Red Sox leading 4-1.  The Twins have two hits so far.  Carlos Gutierrez has pitched all the way so far.  The game will be completed today.

DSL COLORADO 10, DSL TWINS 4 AT COLORADO

Colorado scored four in the seventh to break a 4-4 tie.  They had one hit in the inning--there were three walks, three wild pitches, and two hit batsmen.

Dameury Pena was 2-for-4.
Javier Roman was 2-for-4.
Junior Del Valle was 2-for-4.
Hendry Chivilli hit a home run.

It was a bullpen game for the Twins.

The Twins scored two in the eighth, both on sacrifice flies, to take a 6-5 lead.  They had only four hits but drew ten walks and a hit batsman.

Cesar Lares pitched five innings, giving up five runs (four earned) on three hits and a walk and striking out eight.
