Columbus 2, Rochester 0 in Rochester (Game 1--Scheduled 7 innings).  The Clippers scored two in the first and that was it.  Jeff Bailey singled and doubled.  Luke Hughes and Aaron Bates each had two hits, with Bates raising his average to .315.  Scott Diamond pitched a complete game, giving up two runs on eight hits and a walk.

Rochester 4, Columbus 3 in Rochester (Game 2--Scheduled 7 innings).  The Red Wings scored two in the sixth to tie and one in the seventh to win.  Ray Chang singled in Rene Rivera with the winning run.  Jeff Bailey hit a two-run homer.  Jake Stevens gave up three runs on three hits and three walks, striking out three in three innings.  Carlos Gutierrez struck out four in two innings, giving up a hit and a walk.  Chuck James went two shutout innings to get the win, allowing a hit and a walk.

Burlington 2, Beloit 1 in Beloit.  All the runs were scored in the fourth inning.  Daniel Ortiz had two hits.  Blayne Weller gave up two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks while striking out four in four innings.  Bart Carter and Michael Tonkin each worked two shutout innings, with Carter giving up two hits and Tonkin three.

GCL Orioles 7, Twins 1 at Twins.  The Orioles scored three in the third to take a 4-0 lead.  Hung Yi Chen allowed four runs (two earned) on five hits while striking out three in three innings.  Tyler Herr threw two perfect innings.

DSL Twins 5, Rockies 3 at Twins.  The Twins scored four in the fourth to break a 1-1 tie.  Erick Gonzalez had two doubles.  Jose Ramirez had two hits.  Francisco Nunez raised his record to 9-1, giving up a run on three hits and no walks while striking out seven in seven innings.  Ezequiel Zarzuela gave up a run on a hit and a walk in 1.1 innings to get the save.
