TwinsOswaldo Arcia pinch-hit and was 0-for-1.  Dakota Watts surrendered three runs in a third of an inning on a walk, a hit batsman, and a home run.

Game summary:  Zulia scored five in the eighth to tie the score at six.  Three walks (two intentional) and an error plated the winning run.

Aragua:  Seth Etherton struck out seven in five innings, allowing four hits and no walks.  Luis Maza was 2-for-5 with a home run, driving in three.

Zulia:  Ernesto Mejia (Atlanta) was 2-for-6 with a three-run homer.  Marcos Tabata struck out six in three perfect innings.

Game summary:  In a see-saw game, Margarita scored the winning run in the seventh on a single and three walks.

La Guaira:  C. J. Retherford (Dodgers was 2-for-4 with a double and a home run.

Caracas:  Carlos Rivero (Washington) was 4-for-5 with a two-run homer, scoring three times.  Josh Kroeger (Atlanta) was 2-for-3 with a walk, scoring once and driving in one.
