Game 1: Kings @ Timberwolves. 7:oo pm

TV: WFTC (MY29)
Radio: AM 830 WCCO and about 30 other affiliates around Minnesota and the Dakotas

Even with the injuries to Rubio and Love, there is a lot of excitement for this team. The most excitement for this team since the days of KG, Cassell, and Ndudi Ebi. The most excitement in the Twins Cities since Target Field opened its doors.

Looks like Derek Williams will start for Kevin Love (at least tonight)

Sacramento is coming into the game 0-1

  1. Two weeks from now I'll be attending the Hornets V. OKC tilt. Holy cats. I'll be home in less than two weeks. I've got a bunch of work to do.

  2. Thanks for the non-hd brodcast, Sac-town. League Pass, its faaaaaaaantastic.

    1. Switched to online LP feed so wife can watch HGTV! Husband of the year!

      1. Wife in bed! Woofs on the small scree in HD, Rockets/Hawks on the big screen muted.

        Husband of the year!

  3. I know it's only three minutes into the season, but I think this will be better than last year.

      1. After seeing how Pek handled this haircut no barber will ever cut his hair again.

      1. The Kings are slow in transition and the Kings are fighting over who gets to shoot the ball.

I have high hopes for the Wolves this season but as you said, the Kings are making it easy.

  4. I got home 40 minutes ago but just remembered the game a few minutes ago, blah. Looking good so far. Do I really have to go to this thing with my in-laws now?

  5. Derek Williams looking competent on the boards!

To this point Wolves fan have to be pretty happy.

  6. "The King score six straight to kind of get back into this game"

    45-33 Wolves

  7. I am pretty sure the Kings have only passed the ball four times tonight.

  8. So I went with a Schell's sampler. It contained the Deer Brand, Pils, Dark, Firebrick, Stout and Emerald Rye (which is excellent.)

  9. So have the Timberwolves discovered the perfect plan for stopping Cousins: Stand next to him, watch him foul out?

    1. Great effort and seems to completely understand what his strengths are and plays within his abilities? Sign me up.

        1. The problem with a successful JJ is he thinks he can always be a successful JJ.

    1. I want to point out that when we picked our all-NBA teams last year, I had Harden on the second or third team.

  10. When the Kings play against a team that can play defense well they might only score 60 points.

      1. 2 things: nice touch on the "dante" hit. second, that rubio with hearts picture blatantly rips off the banner i spent 5 minutes on. i demand compensation.
