Game summary:  Trailing 3-1, Navojoa scored six in the fourth to take the lead.

Navojoa:  Jonny Kaplan was 4-for-4, scoring once and driving in one.  Steve Moss hit a grand slam and had five RBIs for the game.

Culiacan:  Andres Meza pitched six innings, giving up five hits and a walk.  Marlon Byrd was 3-for-4 with two home runs, scoring three times and driving in three.

Mazatlan:  Francisco Villa (Dodgers) struck out three in 2.2 scoreless innings.

LOS MOCHIS 5, MEXICALI 3 IN MEXICALI

Game summary:  Los Mochis scored two in the third to take a 3-0 lead.  Mexicali never got closer than two runs.

Los Mochis:  Jesus Rodriguez gave up one run on four hits and two walks in six innings.  Jesus Arredondo (Dodgers) was 2-for-5 with a double and scored once.

Mexicali:  Gil Velazquez was 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI.  Luke Montz (Miami) was 2-for-5 with a double and scored once.

HERMOSILLO 13, OBREGON 11 IN OBREGON

Game summary:  Obregon scored six in the fifth to go ahead 10-6, only to see Hermosillo score four in the seventh to tie and two in the eighth to take the lead for good.

Hermosillo:  Jesse Gutierrez was 3-for-6 with three doubles, scoring twice and driving in two.  Karim Garcia was 3-for-5 with a two-run homer and a walk, scoring twice.

Obregon:  Sergio Contreras was 5-for-5 with two doubles, scoring once and driving in three.  Alfredo Amezaga (Cubs) was 3-for-5 with a double and a three-run homer.
