WGOM Fitness: 14 November 2012, Heading Home

I've eaten enough at Applebee's this week.

Despite not working out even a single time, I'm down 3.5 pounds since I showed up here in ND. I have really worked hard on maintaining discipline on the food side of this plan. Tonight, I'll get home to my own bed and I'll be there for 14 straight nights. As a result, I think I'll get some consistent exercise in and be able to make some real progress.

I have been in the 230s for almost a month. Any way you slice that, it means that I've slowed down some on pace and I guess that's to be expected. But, I'm almost out of the 230s, so there's that. It's a lot easier to accept a slowed pace when you've already lost 50 pounds than if you are not that far along. Even if that's where you are, you need to worry about one day only and that is today.
