Twins:  Luis Perdomo (Aguilas) struck out two in a scoreless inning, giving up one hit.

Game summary:  Aguilas scored two in the first and never led by less than two.  Este scored two in the ninth to make the final score closer.

Aguilas:  Elian Herrera (Dodgers) was 2-for-4 with a double and a walk, scoring twice and driving in one.  Juan Carlos Perez was 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBIs.

Este:  Esteban German was 3-for-5 with three RBIs.  Cesar Puello (Mets) was 1-for-3 with a walk and scored twice.

ESCOGIDO 8, ORIENTE 7 IN ESCOGIDO

Twins: Miguel Sano (Oriente) was 2-for-3 with a double, a sacrifice fly, and two RBIs.  Jhonatan Arias (Oriente) was 0-for-3.  Pedro Florimon (Escogido) was 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Game summary:  Escogido scored six in the first but needed a Ramon Santiago (Detroit) home run in the eighth to take the lead for good.

Oriente:  Wirfin Obispo struck out four in three shutout innings, giving up no hits and one walk.  Luis Jimenez (Angels) was 3-for-5 with two doubles and a home run, scoring three times.

Escogido:  Santiago was 2-for-3 with two walks.  Willy Aybar was 2-for-4 with a run and three RBIs.
