Game summary: Trailing 5-1 after seven, Escogido scored four in the eighth to tie and one in the ninth to win. A grand slam by Mauro Gomez (Boston) tied the game and Melky Mesa doubled and scored the go-ahead run.

Game summary: It was tied 2-2 after three. It stayed that way until the fourteenth, when each team scored once. Anderson Hernandez (Pittsburgh) delivered an RBI single in the sixteenth to win the game.
Este: Esteban German was 3-for-6 with a double and a walk, scoring once and driving in one. Mike McDade (Cleveland) was 2-for-5 with a double and a walk and scored once.
Licey: Hernandez was 4-for-8 with a double and scored once. Juan Francisco (Atlanta) was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
AGUILAS 7, ORIENTE 2 IN ORIENTE
Twins: Miguel Sano (Oriente) delivered a pinch-hit two-run homer in his only at-bat. Jhonatan Arias (Oriente) was used as a reserve but did not bat. Samuel Deduno (Aguilas) struck out nine and walked one in six shutout innings, giving up four hits. Jason Lane (Oriente) started by pitched only two-thirds of an inning, surrendering six runs (three earned) on five hits.
