T-wolves vs. the other Gasol

You know, I'm getting pretty sick of watching this team lose.  I really felt like that game against NY was one they should have won.  I mean, how many dunks can one team miss?

I'm known for making bold predictions, so here's one.  THE WOLVES WILL WIN THIS GAME!!!

  1. another night of flipping between the Wolves and Gophers.

the Gophers at playing a 5pm Sunday home game is stupid

  2. I wish Pek was a 'superstar' because then he would get a foul called against him more often. sigh

    1. I feel like Rubio's been getting hammered a lot lately with no calls. Where are his superstar calls???

  3. The problem with this offense is that they don't have any good shooters and they don't have anybody who can get to the rim.

  4. 1-8 from three-point range. At what point does Adelman decide he's coaching a JV team and forbid everyone from taking shots from deep?

  5. interesting comment by David Stern during this puffpiece halftime interview. The League is talking to the Wolves about playing an overseas home game next year.

    1. Yeah, because other countries should be subjected to the Wolves' special style of "basketball".

Okay, that's out of my system. It does make sense for the Wolves to do something like that. I'm guessing Europe somewhere?

  6. Good news, guys. It turns out that I can also watch the Gophers here. Now I have something to take my mind off of whatever crap this is.

      1. Illinois has been shooting great since about the 7 minute mark of the 1st half

they didnt hit a FG for the first 10 minutes and the Gophers only had like an 8 point lead

        1. The way tonight's been going, I'd expect to find out that the silver lining was itself lined with anthrax.

  7. that is the 2nd time this game Eliason has literally ripped the ball out of a guys hand trying to shoot.

  8. Gophers attempt more shots and make a higher percentage of them and make the same number of free throws and lose. I really hate the three-point line.

    1. Gophers had difficulty coming back because they had four fouls to give. One reason I love baseball. Intentionally breaking the rules is not a viable game strategy.

      1. What about intentional walks? I think that is against the spirit of the rules of the game as much as fouling to stop the clock. I would like to see some basketball league try allowing the team that is fouled the option of keeping possession of the basketball instead of shooting free throws.
