Key inning: The sixth. With the RailRiders leading 1-0, Arcia singled, stole second, and scored on a Thomas single to tie the game. In the bottom of the inning, S/W-B loaded the bases with one out and Thomas Neal delivered a two-run single off Luis Perdomo to give the RailRiders a 3-1 lead.

Pitching stars: Marty Popham struck out four in three shutout innings, giving up one hit and two walks. Edgar Ibarra pitched two shutout innings, giving up one walk and striking out one.
Opposition stars: Brian Goodwin was 2-for-5 with a triple and scored once. Josh Johnson was 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI. Marcos Frias struck out four in two shutout innings, allowing one hit.
Key inning: The third. New Britain broke a 1-1 tie with six runs. Josmil Pinto hit a three-run triple and Garcia hit a two-run homer.
CEDAR RAPIDS 10, WISCONSIN 2 IN WISCONSIN

Key inning: The second. Cedar Rapids already led 3-0. The Kernels started the second with two walks and Byron Buxton then launched a three-run homer to give Cedar Rapids a 6-0 lead.
