Batting starsJosmil Pinto was 2-for-4 with two home runs and two walks, scoring four times.  Reynaldo Rodriguez was 3-for-5 with a double and two home runs, driving in four.  Daniel Ortiz was 3-for-6 with a double and a home run, scoring three times and driving in two.

Pitching starsTrevor May struck out seven in four innings, giving up two runs on four hits and three walks.  Edgar Ibarra struck out four in two shutout innings, giving up two hits.  Jose Gonzalez struck out two in two shutout innings, giving up two hits.

Opposition stars:  Justin Bloxom was 2-for-4 with a double.  Jerad Head was 2-for-4.

Key inning:  The sixth.  The score was tied at two when Pinto and Ortiz led off the inning with back-to-back homers.  Three singles loaded the bases, and with two out Danny Santana came through with a two-run single to put New Britain ahead 6-2.  The Rock Cats scored fifteen runs in the last four innings (4, 4, 3, 4).

Key inning:  The tenth.  The score was tied at six.  With runners on first and second with two out, Stephen Wickens delivered an RBI single to win the game.

Flow of the game:  Jupiter scored four runs in the first inning.  Fort Myers got one in the fourth, two in the fifth, and three in the sixth to go ahead 6-4.  It stayed that way until the ninth, when Jupiter scored twice with two out to send the game to an extra inning.
