Twins could have vetoed Byron Buxton's selection to Futures Game, but Ryan said team believes he's ready for big stage, even at 19.
I suspect a game log for the futures game might get more LTEs than a standard Twins game log these days.

I figured the draft would command more attention than this game, but this is pretty funny, particularly since Deduno pitched so effectively.
The draft is tonight? Crap. How old do you have to be to avoid it?
The draft, or Wreck-It-Ralph, I guess.
Perkins kept it interesting and then ties up everything nicely.
Apparently nobody noticed, but this was a pretty good game. Deduno pitched well, we got some timely hits, and we beat a Jeremy! We're still on track for 122-40!
