Speaking of, I just found a local drive in movie theater near us is showing a Double Double Feature with an 80's theme. ET, Goonies, Neverending Story, and Princess Bride are all playing. If it weren't so darn expensive, I'd totally be there.
I've been craving a Double Double for a while. Miss California badly.
I have one in walking distance.
Not to rub it in.

That sounds awesome. The Southdale theater was showing an 80s movie* each week last winter, and I went when they showed The Princess Bride. It was spectacular to see it in a theater with a crowd of fans (many of whom brought along their kids).
Other movies I remember as part of the promotion included The Goonies, Ferris Bueller..., Top Gun, and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Kershaw just made a ridiculous behind-the-back play on a ball up the middle. Wow.
And now Kershaw with a stand-up triple. They should call that guy "beer". There's nothing he can't do.
