Do you think the Cards are interested in a veteran pitcher that recently learned a new pitch and doesnt want to be in the bullpen?
Can't hurt to ask!
Gibson's k/bb ratio is now a 3/12
yikes.
'bout what I thought - despite the Blues outcome, the Wainwright news was the real kick in the crotch today
That's because the Blues outcome was expected in St. Louis.
Arcia has 4 walks this year. All 4 have been IBBs
Seems like he draws quite a few walks in winter ball, and almost none in the majors. Are the pitchers that wild in the Caribbean? Does he change his approach? Are they scared of him there? I don't understand it.
I don't remember if it was Vargas or Arcia, but one of them was told to work on drawing more walks after last season ended and there was a story about whichever one it was was drawing a lot more walks in winter ball because he had adjusted his approach.
Good job Aaron Thompson!
11th inning rally time please.
TRIPLES ARE SEXY!!!!!
I wonder what the latest in a game a Twins player has hit a triple.
Dont know if Molitor will be a successful manager, but the more I read post game thoughts from him, the more I like him (and I already liked him)
Mike Berardino โ@MikeBerardino
Molitor's trivia note of the day: All 9 spots in the #MNTwins order both ended and led off an inning. "Circles don't lie," he said.
Mauer got an RBI. On an extra base hit.

Sounded like there was some bad Eduardo'ing there.
Danny Santana's WAR just went down some more.
Lloyd McClendon got ejected for some reason. *shrug*
yeesh:
Can the Twins get one of those kind of LFers?

Eat it, Jeter.
That's amazing.
Gibson relying on his all BB-no K strategy again
Wainwright + achillies = season + ๐
