I'm assuming the same person but can't tell because the sound is muted.
He had the ball, so yeah. To make it worse, he had one of those frickin beards without the mustache
wow
Why doesnt FOX have a former umpire in the booth for playoff games? Can they not find one that is willing to talk on cam and they might make the on field umps look bad?
Can Mike Perreria do baseball AND football?
I'm just going to blame Joe Buck and/or Harold Reynolds.
I just realized I have an irrational hated of anyone that fans do an "oooooooo"-type chant for. Also, I dislike Moustaka's face.
That's not going to make Mags happy.
I only calls em like I sees em.
Eh, to each his/her own.
I think the thing I dislike the most about Moustakas is that he hits a buck eighty, but it feels like every time he comes to bat against the Twins he's either hitting a moonshot or some doink that falls in.
except this year he batted .284
And has never batted below .200.
Um something something the game is played between the lines!
To be fair, Moustakas was batting .176 on June 30, 2014, when the Royals came to Minnesota. He went 4-for-11 with 2 RBIs as the Royals won 2 of 3 in the series. He batted .236 the rest of the season to finish at .212.
He has a 115 OPS+ in 326 compared to his overall average. He's done best against the Cards, 135 tOPS+ in 79 PAs. After that it's the Orioles with a 118 tOPS+ in 114 PAs, then White Sox with a 117 OPS+ in 307 PAs, then the Twins. He has hit the most home runs against the White Sox.
Jeez you kids with your "facts." Can't you just let Zack have his unabated hatred of Moose?
I was trying to support it! Out of all the AL (plus Cards) teams, he's done better than his career average against the Twins.
We kids like evidence to drive our irrational hate
That's why I try to keep mine to things like punchable faces.
Well, if I had statistical evidence it would be rational.
But I have rational reasons, too! Like his punchable face. And that idiot who wears moose horns to Kauffman.
But Moussaka is delicious.
Does anyone else think it's funny that Moose has had a "moonshot and a doink that falls in" tonight?
I felt it was pretty poetic, to be honest.
Joey. Bats.
Random player I really disliked back in the day: Scott Spiezio
Joe Buck sporting a beard. AHHHH
*God Bless 'Murica rant*
wow, an unusually great throw by Revere
REVERESIES!
Revere with a great catch. Also a great throw, for him, back to the infield. Unfortunately needed a great throw to get the double play.
Ben Zobrist?!
That looked like fan interference
Completely Maier-ed.
And gets interviewed by Erin Andrews.

Yups.
I was wondering whose arm he borrowed.
Some leather this inning.
David Price just can't win the big one
Just because

Game 7 not looking good.
Except for Joey god damn Bats.
JOEY BATS
JOEY BATS!!!!
Tie game!
Joey. Bats.
Damn. I spookied that Joey Bats bomb.
Me too. That was a fat, fat pitch.
Where was the bat flip???
Booooo!
Can Davis come back after this delay?
Please, god, save us from Crusty Hustle.
He's not being funny, he's being informative!

Game on (game on!)
Lorenzo Cain is fast. wow
Wow. Just wow.
Toronto needs a triple play
That'll do, too.
Stolen base? Wow. Ballsy.
heh.
If there's a straight steal of home, I'm going to lose it.
We were all thinking it last year.
Should've done it.
Seriously.
steals third!!!!!!
Amazing.
Makes sense. They're REALLY not expecting that.
Good lord.
Exciting stuff.
Not that got want to face Donaldson, but you're probably going to, anyway. Unless you plan on striking revere out, don't you walk him?
I don't know, if anyone can hit a ball light enough to get the runner at home, it's Revere.
generous strike two
That's being generous.
Yeah. Quite.
Revere is understandably unhappy with the outcome of the at bat.
Heh, love the guy in the hunter orange Marlins jersey right behind home plate.
That makes you the only one to hold that sentiment.
It's Marlins Man. He's awesome.
Here's a report from CBS This Morning on Marlins Man.
Words like "gutsy" get thrown around, but that was a gutsy performance by Davis.
Also, Butera makes it to the world series before Mauer, Morneau, Hunter, Santana, etc.
You have just added to my distaste for this year's royals.
Yup
Tom Verducci just compared Lorenzo Cain to Enos Slaughter. lol
oh hey, there is video of Slaughters mad dash!
httpv://youtu.be/t7IgTE593oA
Mad as in "crazy". Pesky had the ball, and Slaughter was, like, two feet off third.
Remember when the umpires gave the Royals a HR when the fan reached over the fence to touch the ball?
They're a good team with a solid core of players and a tremendously good bullpen.
But good god they have a golden horseshoe up their ass.
And so the Hawk's career ends.
Booooourns
😥
It's karma for agreeing with CJ Nitkowski.
Ahahaha, he says that if he had one player in baseball to start a baseball team around, he might pick Hosmer.
I want to play against him in OOTP.
Yikes. Which asshole said that?
Couldn't recognize the voice. I was laughing too hard.
Alex Rodriguez. For serious.
Fox is truly trying to not ever broadcast baseball ever again, eh?
For the most part, Rodriguez has been nice. But that was a head shaker.
I was remarking to a friend that he's pretty charismatic and level headed. He rewarded me with that comment.
