If only we could convert allsome a couple of those OB to Rs.
Happy Berrios Day!
It's unconscionable that a team would create a roster that requires playing either Rosario or Arcia in every game started by a left-handed pitcher. Maybe they shouldn't have a bajillion pitchers.
In the last 4 days...
Ryan O'Rourke has faced 2 batters and thrown 11 pitches
Tommy Milone hasn't pitched
Michael Tonkin has faced 7 batters and thrown 26 pitches
Casey Fien has faced 7 batters and thrown 22 pitches
Fernando Abad has faced 4 batters and thrown 7 pitches (talk about efficient!)
Kevin Jepsen has faced 4 batters and thrown 11 pitches
Ryan Pressly has faced 5 batters and thrown 18 pitches
WHY?!
We can't lose Casey Fien to waivers.
It's unconscionable that a team would create a roster that requires playing either Rosario or Arcia and two repurposed infielders in the outfield in every game started by a left-handed pitcher.

Adam's foils the shift with a bunt for the first hit of the game; don't tell Dazzle!
The replay system saves Showtime
Nice challenge.
On the board!
Adam Wainwright doing his little league baserunning impressuons
This is odd
Was that as strange a pitch sequence as dazzle made it sound?
Probably.
What the heck happened to Dallas Kuechel there? I mean, the home ump has had a not very good zone, but Kuechel wasn't close to the plate on half those balls.
3 runs on the board though, so thats good.
Jack Morris mocking route efficiency time to mute the game for a while.
And then Wainwright puts it in the 2nd deck just fair down the LF line
Geez, when Park hits one, it goes.
PARK!
I thought the ball was going to get stuck behind the flagpole.
Berrios is starting to scare the batters.
Easy there, Murphy.
Good for JR Murphy. Berrios tosses a curve right down the middle and it was called a ball.
Can't turn around, but you l would think that you can't get in a player's face, either.
Great, great pitch.
Wow. That umpire is something else.
He has been terrible all night for both teams.
I'll give that one to Murphy. He got a ball called a strike that was about a foot outside when he was hitting too.
Haha, Altuve basically called that one for the ump.
And the same pitch gets called a strike. HAHAHAH Jerry Layne is the worst.
Let's not forget that he missed that hit batter in game 163 in the top of the 11th
Berrios has some wicked, wicked late movement to that curveball. I like it.
Yeah, that is a mean pitch. I love that he threw it again the very next pitch.
Bandbox.
NUNEZ! give back runs for us!
Bandbox pt. 2. Houston's ballpark is the closest you can get to backyard wiffleball in MLB.
Bam. I like Nuñez this season.
cue twitter and the stribbies exploding into a "Joe Mauer should catch" fury since Suzuki seemed to has tweaked something.
Rasmus didn't have a chance there.
Not even close.
And Adams defeats the shift again, this time by putting it in the seats. Followed closely by a back-to-back from Diaz
Rasmus wishes this had happened a couple batters earlier.
Yadi drops to the ground from an inside pitch at the ankles, and does two push-ups. Then singles up the middle
Whew. Thank goodness for mid inning pitching changes.
Another back-to-back, Cards with 5 bombs now
Dude, it's like you're commenting on a totally different game.

Finally a team the Twins can beat!
