Twins sign J. B. Shuck to a minor league deal. I have no problem with him as AAA roster filler. I just hope that, under the new leadership, we don't allow AAA roster filler to take big league playing time away from young players.

Went to a party over the weekend and met a neighbor from across the street who works at UTC, but is also a writer on the side - The Last Moriarty is his most recent work.
Twins reportedly hiring Pickler as coach. No official title yet. Sounds like one of the other coaches will be switched to first base. Pickler has a background in analytics, scouting, coaching, player development and setting up video.
