First week of the season in the books and there are no defeated teams and only 1 undefeated (Baltimore) and the Twins are in first place.
Following the Masters closely this weekend. Super disappointed the wheels came off for Freddy Couples his last few holes yesterday. It would have been neat seeing the 57 year old battle on Sunday at Augusta. I am not a big fan of Sergio, but he shook off his day 3 demons and is in position to perhaps finally win his first major. I might find myself rooting for him this afternoon.
I haven't followed golf for ages, but I will root for anyone who got heat from the old fuddy daddies for "disrespecting the game" life Sergio did back in the day.
I don't know if I know yet who I'm rooting for. I'm certainly hoping that Couples gets back into the mix, because he reminds me of watching the majors in the mid-90s.
I'm sure I'll be hoping for Spieth, Fowler, or Sergio to win. I'll probably be leaning Sergio, because I don't want him to go the way of Colin Montgomery.
Either way, the TV will be flipping between the Masters and the Twins for the duration of the afternoon.

Went to see Logan yesterday. Very well-made. The characters were well-drawn and well-acted. Disturbing, yet satisfying finish to the story arcs for Jackman and Stewart in their respective runs in the characters.
But it was kind of the Star Wars: Rogue One of X-Men movies:
Saw Logan a few weeks ago. Thought it was the best of the X-Men movies. Dark, brooding story.

Just finished the first episode of Legion.
That's some good TV.
Also, there is a character named Syd Barrett. In a mental hospital. Sly. Took me a while.
Whole lot a Floyd in the soundtrack too
not Floyd, but I very much appreciated "Happy Jack" in the opening sequence.
Looking at the transactions page, and I'm still not used to seeing a "10 day disabled list"
So I missed the first batch of Fleet Foxes tickets. They added a show, which goes on sale Friday at 11am.
If anyone has a line on presale for this show, I'd sure be thankful.
Stay tuned. Looks like I got a code for the first pre-sale the morning of. I'll keep an eye out for another one.

I was pretty bummed he missed that putt. That would have been a killer moment.
Really glad that he sunk the one on the playoff.
Indeed. Much better than a two putt for the win.
I had the same thought.
But he won, kudos to him.

Meat 2.0
Made tacos for dinner tonight with Beyond Meat, baby spinach, onions, Chipotle w/ adobo, and sprouts. NBBW says she can't tell the difference between Beyond Meat and ground beef - (The Beyond Meat package says made from pea isolate).
In preparation for Passover, I made hummus, which we had with pita (gasp!) and a big Mediterranean-style salad (marinated red onion & cucumber, mushrooms, and red pepper; olives, pepperoncini and feta, over lettuce dressed in the marinade).
