I was explaining the "Topsy" episode of Bob's Burgers to someone (which I first kept referring to as "Stampy"; wrong series), and that song has been in my head ever since.

Cool, sometime stitched the song parts from that episode together. Now it can be in your head too.
I'm a big fan of that one.
If there were a baseball movie where the plot involved the best team's player retiring, buying the worst team, then trading the worst team's player to his former team, would you find it believable?
Damn Yankees
I don't think the word is "damn" anymore.
I’d love it if Manfred vetoes the trade, but since when has the Commissioner’s office ever taken action to thwart the Yankees? Oh, right, the guy the owners effectively fired.
What's good for the Yankmes is good for baseball, yo.
The 2017 Yankees had 241 home runs. The all time record appears to be the 1997 Mariners, who hit 264. Judge and Stanton aren't guaranteed to repeat their 2017 seasons, but the Yankees have to be the favorite to shatter that record.
"Starlin Castro for Giancarlo Stanton. Who says 'no'? I'll hang up and listen."
What's that you say? Stanton isn't enough? Okay, Okay, we'll also give you 30 million dollars. Good?
I expected it to take a couple of years before Jeter showed his cards. Pretty gross.
And now he can come back out of retirement
Maybe he really is giving it his best effort, but his GMing is as shoddy as his defense? "Traded Stanton to the Yankees" is the new "past a diving Jeter"?
I laughed.
Who can explain why the Gophers are ranked in the top twenty? I have not seen anything this year that says "Sweet Sixteen team".
So many awful possessions.
Tommy Watkins will manage Chattanooga in 2018. Toby Gardenhire takes over in Cedar Rapids.
When did the D League become the G League? And why?
Because Money
if you're ever in the crescent city and there is a show at the music box village you should go. We're just back from the Lost Bayou Ramblers plus guests show, and it was amazing and unlike any musical experience I've ever had.
