Kennys Vargas was the only Twin to play in a limited winter league schedule.  We still don't have any word on the two games I was waiting for yesterday.

VENEZUELAN LEAGUE

Twins:  None.

ARAGUA 8, LA GUAIRA 3 IN LA GUAIRA

Aragua scored six in the first and led all the way.  Jose Castillo was 3-for-4 with a home run (his second), a double, and a walk, driving in three.

MEXICAN LEAGUE

No games scheduled.

DOMINICAN LEAGUE

Twins:  Kennys Vargas (Aguilas) was 1-for-3 with a walk.

AGUILAS 5, ESTRELLAS 3 AT AGUILAS

The Aguilas scored two in the eighth to break a 3-3 tie.  Yunesky Maya pitched 4.2 innings, giving up two runs (one earned) on six hits and two walks and striking out two.  For the Estrellas, Nik Turley pitched five innings, giving up one run on six hits and two walks and striking out four.

AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE
