I got a new weber kettle for free (!) from an absolutely terrible company (boooooo, but sticking it to the man (!)). I decided to grill some japanese inspired steak (!) but the steak was rotten in the fridge (boooooooooooooooooo!) because the store I bought it from is notorious for shitty produce and meats. Shame on me. But (!) sausages quick smoked are delicious. I love a happy ending.
