Like Mike, I'm also wondering about this guy. I'm picturing him, after the day's work was done, riding off into the sunset pulling his smoker behind his horse.

Apropos: get paid $10k to eat BBQ for a couple weeks
Anybody going to the game tonight?
It will be my first time on the Budweiser deck for a work event.
Here's the Redwood County cooler caper case in all its glory. I love the discussion of sophisticated money launderers.
I miss "My Name is Earl. "
Hey, guess what county I practice in!
I'm surprised I hadn't heard about this case yet.
Loved this.
Hyperbole alert: SBNATION's Kristian Winfield describes Zion Williamson as "the best player in college basketball history."
Mmmmhmmm.
Best freshman of all time? He's probably in the running.
Can't really compare him to players that had 4 years in college.
He's certainly in the mix for best freshman ever. Mostly because Lew Alcindor wasn't allowed to play varsity as a frosh.
Kevin Durant won both the Wooden and the Naismith as a freshman, the first to do so.
Anthony Davis won the Wooden and a national title as a freshman.
Patrick Ewing was a terrifying force on a G'town team that missed a title by a bucket to a UNC team with Jordan, Worthy, and Sam Perkins.
Carmelo won a national title and was FF MVP as a freshman.
So did Pervis Ellison.
Chris Jackson (Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf) averaged 30.2 ppg, 4.1 apg, and shot 49 pct from the floor as a freshman.
And Wilt was perhaps even better than Kareem as a freshman.
Hmmmm. This cup of coffee needs some Kareem.
Heh.
Question for the traveled: What would you do if you had 5-10 free hours in Sam Diego? Going to a conference in August and have one free day with the wife.
Enjoy the weather.
Something on the water, fishing charter or sailing or a harbor cruise. You could also tour the USS Midway or hit the Maritime Museum. The gaslamp district is good for dinner and drinking, lots of good restaurants, cool shops and galleries.
If you like zoos, San Diego's is great. Wild Animal Park is fun, but a haul.
Walk around Old Town and visit Coronado. The bridge is spectacular and the beach at Coronado us great.
Also, Pizza Port for beer. 😀
Pizza Port — it’s been too long.
San Diego's zoo is overpriced and overrated. Either of Omaha's or St. Louis' zoos are better, esp. for the money.
Younger me would tell you that’s plenty of time to get a tattoo.
The view from Cabrillo National Monument at the end of Point Loma is really something. You can see the harbor, North Island, downtown, Mexico, and as far as your eyes will take you across the Pacific.
Eat some really good tacos.
Instant classic is no longer an oxymoron.
I'm taking Kepler to krush one tonight.
Rosario!
I'm going back to Polanco. At least the team has won when I do that.
This game is easy!
I will go with Rosario as well.
You and Novak are the only winners since Friday. Hope you guys continue (but not be the only winners)
Cron
Let it Sano
Castro
Sano for me too.
MarWIN Gonzo for me tonight.
you all lose.
the baseball gods are not happy with us tempting fate that way.
