The last person he ever ejected; LaTroy Hawkins! His final game behind home plate was "That was a fair ball, by the way."
Salt River won the final game of its regular season schedule, defeating Peoria 6-1. The Rafters finished with a record of 17-11-1.
Royce Lewis was 1-for-3 with an RBI. He batted .353/.411/.565 in 85 at-bats.
Luke Raley was 1-for-3. He batted .244/.312/.439 in 82 at-bats.
In winter ball:
Aguilas defeated Estrellas 6-3. Wilin Rosario was 1-for-4 with a double and a run. He is batting .270/.341/.378 in 37 at-bats.
Escogido lost to the Gigantes 3-2. Jonathan Cheshire pitched a perfect inning and struck out one. He has an ERA of zero and a WHIP of 0.37 with 5 strikeouts and no walks in 2.2 innings.
Monterrey lost to Jalisco 8-5. Alejandro de Aza was 3-for-5 with two runs. He is batting .600/.600/.600 in 5 at-bats.
