Second best Twitter mention for me. (First is Mark Hamill hoping I'm living my best life).
My best was when Isbell retweeted one of my replies to him.
I have a few ZMF retweets I'm proud of.
I'm not on the tweeter, but Jeff Lorber commented on my FMD post on my blog. Cool when they reach out like that
Has anyone dug out some old albums are gave them a listen? Or ones that you bought because you thought you would love them and not quite click?
I have
David Bowie's "Aladdin Sane" is one for me. I bought this one thinking I would love, but got bored by track 3. I've spin it a few times since I bought it thinking maybe I missed something, a hook a lyric a something but nope. Spun it again last night, nope.
I have some new ones so not going thorough the old stuff just yet. I do have a playlist for albums I gave a listen or two but didn't click. It's called "Dusty". It's, uh, kind of dusty.
Just found out that Oofda Records in St. Cloud is closing permanently in July (they announced it last month). That sucks. It's the closest record store that I'm aware of.
