  1. I mean, yeah.

    Dr. Chop and I saw him at First Ave around XO (or there abouts, all I remember is that she is short, and concerts aren't that much fun when all you can see is the sweaty back of a filthy hipster).

    This song, and pretty much all of Mr. Smith's song book, can bring me back to a certain time and place.

  2. I read a book about Elliot Smith called Tormented Saint. It was pretty depressing. The book was good in that it really dived into a bunch of Smith's songs. including this one.

    1. i shouldn't admit this, but despite the obviousness of it, i just picked on "bars" as (also?) referring to drinking establishments. i always only thought of, like, prison bars.
