  1. Last week we had highs in the 60s and 70s. That comes crashing to an end today. It's around 60 now, but it will get colder as the day goes on and the high tomorrow is predicted to be 33.

    1. We've had mid-70s for the past couple days and for the next three, which has been great for raking and for putting away deck furniture and emptying the hanging planters.

      1. Why is Trevor Lawrence (or as my Notre Dame-loving friend called him, Covid Fabio) allowed on the sidelines, even with a mask? That sure doesn't sound like isolation to me...

  2. My sister-in-law is a public health nurse. She told us yesterday that Twin Cities hospitals are basically full, there are virtually no beds remaining and overflow patients are being sent to St. Cloud. This actually happened a few weeks ago to my niece and her husband. At the Mercy Hospital emergency room in Coon Rapids, people are sitting and lying on the floor because every chair is filled. Doctors and hospital administrators are begging the governor to order another full shutdown. This is getting real bad and it's going to get much worse over the next few months.
