The way the art market works, this painting is worth a billion dollars now. Or 321 Apes.

nailed it.
Friends --> Frenemies.
It's literally the same script, only now we're just acknowledging how awful they all are to each other all the time. Sorry, I have feelings about that show and the fact that so many people love it.
My wife and daughter re-watch it all the time and that brings me endless pain.
I do not share this criticism but Frenemies would be fun.
Is this not just It's Always Sunny?
I always thought Always Sunny was Seinfeld on crack.
And IASIP is fantastic.
Nate Shelley. It would be a spin off of Ted Lasso but coach Ned would be a dour, mean, in it for himself american college football coach.
So, a documentary?
I'm just going to put these here
Manfred, asked if owning an MLB team is a good investment, said the return would be better on the stock market. He cites purchase price, sale price and cash needed for operations, and said ownership is riskier than stock market.
Someone should ask him to open up the books for every team in the league to verify his claim.
Exactly. Show your work Commish.
What "risk" is he talking about?? Risk of fans hating you? Yeah, maybe. Certainly no risk of losing money
The Brooklyn Nets are trading James Harden to the Philadelphia 76ers for Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond and two first-round picks, sources tell ESPN.
Wolves are standing pat. A lot of discussions but never could land on the right fit. Good team chemistry, now they will finish this season out and see how far they can go.
Thats probably the right move. Unless the Lakers were going to unload LeBron James for Jake Layman and a first rounder no sense trading away draft picks for rental players (although I thought maybe they should bring back Greg Monroe)
How about The West Wiβ
Nevermind.
Actually, I am ready for a WW reboot. Or, rather, not a reboot, but the continuation. There's a great episode where Bartlett is playing chess with Sam as he simultaneously plays diplomatic chess with China. At the end of that episode he advises Sam that someday Sam will be president. That's the series I'm not waiting for. Rob Lowe playing President Seaborn.
Where are we searching for cheap flights these days?!
Spain, perpetually
But also Puebla Mexico for my cousin's wedding in October.
More specifically what sites are we using to search. I found a good deal to london and overnight it doubled in price.
My oldest swears by Bongo.
Mrs Runner has used JustFly (I think it's called) but we'll use whatever works
Scott's Cheap Flights is a newsletter that'll send you flights.
Google Flights (formerly ITA Matrix)
Hipmunk
Kiwi - this'll piece together trips across different carriers, so I've never used it I'm too afraid. But the deals can be nice and cheap.
Kayak
Love these yahoos at the airport that buy a drink just so they can set it next to them and take a sip every 5 minutes...and not wear their mask, of course
We finally took the plunge last weekend and moved from AT&T to Comcast and got a couple of new iPhone 13s (256GB). I thought I'd want the Mini, but the larger screen and my fat fingers and aging eyes said nah. I have about 9 work apps on it and can do almost any work I have to from the bathroom, if I have to. Also, at the sales kickoff last week I scored a Bose Soundlink Micro, so the combination makes a pretty sweet portable sound system. And the VLC media player now has a streaming app companion so I can stream any music or video file from my laptop to my phone as long as I'm connected to the home network. It will also stream files directly from internet URLs and Dropbox and such. Pretty slick.

No Toad or RStudio, though.
Ooo, I should check out that VLC app.
It's one of the better freeware programs I've found, so I actually give them money every year.
VLC is fantastic, one of the apps definitely worth supporting
I've been using their video player on the computer for awhile and have no complaints. In fact, I finally figured out how to cast to the TV from the computer with VLC.
I like VLC as my default player, but I still use the Zune player on my PC. I really like PowerAmp app on my phone, though
Captain Kangaroo
Someone mentioned this yesterday on the tweeter:
Star Wars: Underworld
Gritty, noir Coruscant. Allegedly, Lucas was working on it but couldn't make the numbers work
