I spent 15 minutes the other day digging out the storm sewer drain at the bottom of our driveway to drain the lake that was forming in the cul de sac. The next day it all froze solid again, but the drain is open for business when it warms up again.
I feel compelled to dig them out in the spring when the water pools. I love seeing and making water flow in the spring.
