      1. If he's still in the hospital using their wifi there may be a domain blacklist.

         1. I don't recall anything like that either. There is very little filtering on the site.

         1. You already did but yes. I emailed him to arrange how to manually reset his account.

   2. Turns out he's blocking us. Or really, his ISP email provider is blocking us.
