I got out on the bike yesterday and 50% of the ride was brutal with 30 mph wind gusts. Felt good to get out, though.

Timberwolves extend the contract Chris Finch and his staff. Pretty good move, imo.
I have to say, I'm happier with Rocco's lineups this season. Also, time for the lefties to pull their weight tonight.
At the ballpark yesterday at Gate 14 by Hrbek's and the Tony O's Cuban Sandwich stand (they share a kitchen) and here comes Tony. He stopped and took pictures with anyone who asked, then went into the kitchen and talked to the staff in back and out front. When he came back out a fan coming through the gate spotted him and asked for a picture and went on and on about meeting Tony Oliva on his birthday, the dude was tickled bubble gum pink. Tony had an usher take a couple of pictures for the guy, then he had us all sing Happy Birthday to him. So about ten minutes later when Kent Hrbek shows up, he had already been upstaged. If there's a Hall of Fame for class acts, Tony was in it a long time ago.
I absolutely love getting these stories. Keep 'em coming.
