“I hit a 97 (mph) back to the middle. He was there. I hit 106. He’s there. And then I hit — I don’t know what that one was — and he’s there, too. I’m like, ‘Fuck, this guy’s everywhere!’
Checked the standings this morning and with this slow start, the Twins are only a 1.5 games behind Cleveland. I was for sure we were down like 4 or 5 games.
You must have temporarily forgot we play in the AL Central.
I'm proud of our starting pitchers. Hopefully there's no turning into pumpkins in the future for any of them, because they're holding things together right now.
It's so windy here today that I had to check if it was trash day.
Luis at 3B today should look very competent compared to the Sox D.
'bout to head out on my bike into 20 mph winds from the south. Wish me luck!
I don't know what started it, but they were throwing stuff on the field before that. Myles Straw almost went into the stands after someone. "The Greatest Fans in the World."
Hey wait, Greatest fans? That's St Louis*
*right.
I can’t imagine a world where Yankees fans throw stuff on the field.
I see that the tv crew didn't get the memo about the Spiders name change.
Loons win. Twins up big late. C’mon Wolves let’s get a rare MN mens sports team 3 win day!
Check out where top @Twins prospect hit this ball!
I believe Sandy Koufax won a perfect game when the Dodgers only had one baserunner.
Nope, not quite right. Here's the box score. The Dodgers had two baserunners: a walk and a double. The only run scored was after a walk, a sacrifice bunt, and then a stolen base (with a throwing error to third base allowing the runner to score). Talk about pitching in bad luck.
Game was completed in an hour and 43 minutes. Quick work.
I wonder if anyone hit a trifecta: Starting in St. Paul with the Loons, then catching the end of the Twins game, then hitting up Target Center
Hey, Saints want you to hold their $9 beer
They are in Toledo today
It's rude not to hold someone's beer when they ask you.
Not the first or last time I’ll say this, but following the Wolves is definitely going to kill me.

Ride into the wind first.

I did the same ride. It was fun once I turned around!
I wonder what sparked this?

“That’ll bring up Jake Cave”
Rays might try for the ten inning no-hitter today unless they can score in the bottom of the ninth.
They keep Boston hitless in the top of the ninth and get a leadoff walk in the bottom of the ninth. They could celebrate a walkoff no-hitter.
I wonder what the lowest hit total in a no hit game? The Rays have 2
Orioles lost a no-hitter in 1967 where they had two hits. Couple other teams have lost no-hitters but they had more hits.
