    1. MrsS is very excited for her preschoolers to get vaxxed. But she is expecting that maybe only half (or fewer) will.

      1. What's the rate in California for the 5-12 range? It's rather low over here so I don't expect it to be better for the younger group.

    2. I can get the younger daughter in at the MoA this week, and I will definitely be making that drive soon as I can.

  1. Got back from NYC Friday evening. The wife tested positive this morning. I am negative so far, but have a headache and a hint of sniffles and a cough. So it is coming....

    1. Back from dc and the good dr was positive, derp. I stayed at a friend’s place - he was on the dc trip - and this evening started to feel like shit. Welp, the positive Rona’s it is. First time for this boyo to come up with a positive test. Good news is that dr. Chop is on the mend.

  2. I’m not in the basement as frequently as I used to be, so maybe this has already come up, but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?

  3. Got an important question for Citizens -- might even require a poll.

Runner daughter is at loggerheads with me over answering Heardle questions: I believe it is perfectly fine to google lyrics of a song to obtain the title, and she believes that is definitely cheating.

      1. The wife and I are going tomorrow so we can get the local artist t-shirt giveaway.

  4. Rhu, Spooky, et. al:

Having recently helped my sons discover baseball cards, and having obtained a couple myself - including what I think are 2 lucky pulls from blaster boxes (a #/125 Donruss and an autographed/materials Diamond Kings) - I'm curious about turning those lucky pulls into cards I might have more interest in - either selling or swapping (for example, I'm assuming there is someone out there more interested in my NY Mets autograph card than the similar-styled Twins card that they might have...). What options exist for this type of thing?

    1. I'd put a post on The Bench website stating what you have and what you're looking for. There are some good folks there, and they might be able to help you out. Meanwhile, you can search for your card on Ebay and get an idea what it's selling for.

Also, make sure you put that auto in a sleeve and top loader.
