  1. Luis Arraez is a .315 career hitter and his batting average has slipped to .321 on the season. He's still the AL leader, though, and I'm hoping this regression to the mean crap is over now. I want to see him hitting line drives and diamond cutters again.

  2. Franmil Reyes DFA'd by Cleveland. Thought that was interesting then looked at his stats and woofta he'd been not good.

  3. I should have known it was going to be one of those days, coming as it does on the heels of one of those nights. A long , slow extra-innings game with a crazy walk-off win and Friday fireworks, and today we're probably looking at a big rain delay. Radar is showing a band of storms coming through between about 4:30 and 8:00 p.m. and the crew needs time to prep the field so it could be a 9:00 p.m. start or a total washout. Day game tomorrow.

  4. Took out the construction grade guest bathroom toilet and put in a tall Eljer in its place, and it was a relative snap, particularly since the tank guts came pre-installed. Just waiting for the first slow leak from the tank bolts to take the shine off this project.

    1. That should be a good time. I saw Steve play a church in Bangor, NI in 2014. Great show. I still think about how the crowd didn't utter a word the entire time he was playing which is very different from seeing a show in New Orleans.
