I had to go to bed early last night, so I didn't work out.
I left home this morning at 4:05 AM and made it to G-Town by 8:15, gassing up the night before makes a difference. Tonight, I'm heading to the Capitol City, so another 3+ hours in the car, hooray! I will try to work out when I get there, but I'm not promising it.
I have decided not to focus so much on weight in theses posts anymore. I'm still in weight reduction mode, but I don't think that's particularly interesting. More and more, I want to shift toward exercise and other activities. Perhaps when I shift into maintenance mode I can talk about that a little. But, until then, these posts will be about working out, albeit with the daily weight update, provided (mostly) without commment. Except that I'll say I fell back under 60 pounds lost this morning, but weighing 4 1/2 hours earlier than I normally would might account for that. Oh, I'll probably mention nice round numbers when they are achieved and give monthly updates.
Onward and upward!
Day 127
Weight: 224.7
Total Lost: 59.8
BMI: 27.71
I always weigh after the morning constitutional. Your problem was that you were full of it.
I thought that was implied.
Oh, is that what you meant by "gassing up the night before"??
are you making a stop in Fargo for a treat?
Everything I like in Fargo is always getting shut down.
Last week in Minny I discovered a huge find: you can swim during Open Rec at the U of M Aquatics Center (Natatorium, if you prefer) on the East Bank for a $2 guest fee (that's a dime a lap for 1000yds!). Nice pool and clean locker room. Bring your own lock and towel.
Right now they are in 25yd. mode, but it sounds like they switch over to 50yd. mode sometime in the Spring. You want to time your visit (I didn't) so you aren't paying Event Parking fees at the garage next door.
All this time I've been going to the Lexington Ave Y or the downtown St. Paul Lifetime club to swim and paying 15 bucks for guest passes.
