Game summary: Ortiz hit a two-run single in the ninth to tie the score, but Caguas got three consecutive two-out singles in the bottom of the ninth to win.
Mayaguez: Angelo Gumbs (Yankees) and Martin Maldonado (Milwaukee) each hit a home run.

Game summary: Santurce led 5-2 after seven. Manati scored twice in the eighth but never got the tying run on base.
Santurce: Orlando Mercado was 3-for-3 with a double and a run. Geraldo Valentin was 3-for-4 with a double and scored twice.
