Game in progress. I mentioned this in a game log, but the two teams have never made the postseason in the same year. Now they do and face each other in I hope will be an exciting ALCS

Game log posted if anyone wants to follow along.
Or even if they don't
I'm officially petitioning we call him Billy "Wheels" Butler
And, as if on cue, he scores from first.
Breakneck Billy
That's the second time this postseason that Butler has scored from first on a double. He's done it only 17 times in 91 opps in his career.
I wish I could watch the ALCS because I would be pleased with either team making the World Series. Maybe I should email mlb that sentiment.
The Royals hit 9 HRs in all of September
They have hit 5 in the Postseason
Are they bunt-home-runs like I used to hit in Bases Loaded III?
That made me laugh way more than it should have. LOL
This might be a good time to pull the Shields before the lead is lost.
3 walks to lead off the inning, 0 runs scored
TWINS BASEBALL!!!
not enough bunting
Free baseball!
I like how Darling (?) described that next-to-last, 94-mph pitch from Davis as a "breaking ball."
I was gonna call it a changeup.
MOAR HOME RUNS
wut
EVAN MOAR HOME RUNZ
Commissioner Gordon with the Bat Signal!
Moussaka!

New Jack City.
Nobody is doubting his talent here.
Oooo, it's all up to _elmon. He's only 29 ya know.
And of course he's first-pitch swinging.
OooooOooooo!
Heck of a game. Team of Destiny!

5 playoff games. 4 extra-inning games. 5 victories. Incredible.
